    <description>&lt;strong&gt;New Delhi, Mar 30 (KNN)&amp;nbsp; &lt;/strong&gt;With a view to helping tax payers make their payment on time, the Reserve Bank of India has asked all agency banks to remain open until 8 PM on March-31, which is the last day of the assessment year.&lt;br /&gt;&#xD;
&lt;br /&gt;&#xD;
&amp;ldquo;In view of closing of the current financial year and to facilitate the tax-payers in payment of taxes, the Reserve Bank of India has issued instructions vide notification RBI/2015-16/342 dated March 17, 2016 directing all agency banks to keep the counters of their designated branches conducting government business open till 8.00 p.m. on March 31, 2016,&amp;rdquo; a release from the Ministry of Finance said today.&lt;br /&gt;&#xD;
&lt;br /&gt;&#xD;
All electronic transactions would however, continue till midnight of March 31, 2016, it added.&amp;nbsp; &lt;strong&gt;(KNN Bureau)&lt;/strong&gt;</description>
