ENA MSME 2016-07-30 06:34:47 <p><strong>New Delhi, July 30 (KNN)</strong> In a tweet, BJP Rajya Sabha MP Subramanian Swamy has yet again blamed the Reserve Bank of India (Governor) Raghuram Rajan for dip in growth rate of small and medium enterprises.</p> <p> As you can see the MSME growth has sharply declined in one year. The 2015-16 data seen sharper decline.
