ENA Sectors 2016-11-10 11:01:33 <p><strong>New Delhi, Nov 10 (KNN) </strong>Till midnight of November 11, 2016, the Central Government has allowed to acceptance of old demonetized 500 &amp; 1000 rupee notes for making payments payable to the Central and State Governments.</p> <p>In a statement, Ministry of Finance said, The Central Government has taken a decision that old 500 &amp; 1000 rupee notes will be accepted for making payments towards fees, charges, taxes and penalties payable to the Central and State Governments including Municipal and Local Bodies.</p> <p>Such old notes will also be accepted for making payment of utility charges for water &amp; electricity etc.</p> <p>However, these facilities will be available only till midnight of 11th November,2016, the Finance Ministry release added.</p> 15770 http://knnindia.co.in/news/newsdetails/sectors/demonetized-notes-will-be-accepted-for-making-payments-payable-to-central-state-govts-till-nov-11-midnight 2016-11-10 11:01:33 knnindia.co.in
