ENA State 2018-01-11 11:00:14 <p><strong>New Delhi, Jan 11 (KNN) </strong>Eyeing at celebrating women entrepreneurship, a three-day exhibition POWER PARBA-2018 is to start today in Udupi region of Karnataka.</p> <p>The prime focus of the event is to provide chance to female entrepreneurs to showcase their products and services and talent to a wider audience.</p> <p> We aim to bring into this festival, women who are running small home-based businesses in rural and urban areas of Udupi district, women who have a small business establishment (MSMEs), women who want to scale up their enterprise and women whose hobbies can be converted into a source of income , the organizers said in a press release.</p> <p>Over 170 stalls are likely to be put up by women entrepreneurs from different cities including Mysuru, Bangalore, Mumbai and Tamil Nadu. These stalls are to display a wide array of products including textiles, handicrafts, food, jewellery, and home decoration items.</p> <p>Cultural programs, health education camp, drawing &amp; painting competition and promotion of Swacch Bharat are to be the other highlights of this mega event.</p> <p>POWER is a not-for-profit NGO established in Udupi district, Karnataka working for women empowerment.
