&lt;p&gt;The Finance Bill will be now presented in the Rajya Sabha which will have a 14-day window to debate over the budget before sending it back to Lok Sabha.&lt;/p&gt;&#13;
&#13;
&lt;p&gt;The Finance Bill was reportedly passed with 21 amendments and three clauses.&lt;/p&gt;&#13;
&#13;
&lt;p&gt;The Lok Sabha has been facing frequent disruptions failing to transact substantial business.&lt;/p&gt;&#13;
