DGFT allows import of PUF panels and doors for chilled rooms, cold storages of fresh fruits & vegetables under EPCG scheme

ENA Sectors 2019-02-04 10:25:17 New Delhi, Feb 4 (KNN) Imports of PUF panels/doors for chilled rooms/cold storages for storage of fresh fruits and vegetables are allowed under the Export Promotion Capital Goods (EPCG) scheme, said Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT). In a notification, DGFT said Pre-fabricated Polyurethane Foam permitted for use in chilled rooms and (PUF) panels/doors, cold storages set up by the units for storage of fresh fruits and vegetables, meant for exports under the EPCG Scheme.
