    <fulldesc>&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;New Delhi, May 11 (KNN)&lt;/strong&gt; The Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs (CBIC) has notified that the due date for filing of Central Excise Returns in forms ER 1 and ER 2 in respect of April 2019 month has been extended from 10 May 2019 to 10 June 2019, in view of ongoing migration/ integration of ACES portal.&lt;/p&gt;&#13;

&lt;p&gt;To provide an adequate window to the taxpayers to file prescribed returns, it has been decided to extend the e-filing time limits for filing such returns due in April 2019,  said CBIC in a notification.&lt;/p&gt;&#13;
&#13;
&lt;p&gt;ER-1 is monthly return for production and removal of goods and other relevant particulars and CENVAT credit and E.R.-2 is monthly return for 100% Export Oriented Units.&lt;/p&gt;&#13;
