ENA Sectors 2019-05-11 10:30:45 <p><strong>New Delhi, May 11 (KNN)</strong> The Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs (CBIC) has notified that the due date for filing of Central Excise Returns in forms ER 1 and ER 2 in respect of April 2019 month has been extended from 10 May 2019 to 10 June 2019, in view of ongoing migration/ integration of ACES portal.</p> <p>To provide an adequate window to the taxpayers to file prescribed returns, it has been decided to extend the e-filing time limits for filing such returns due in April 2019, said CBIC in a notification.</p> <p>ER-1 is monthly return for production and removal of goods and other relevant particulars and CENVAT credit and E.R.-2 is monthly return for 100% Export Oriented Units.</p> 22645 https://knnindia.co.in/news/newsdetails/sectors/due-dates-extended-for-filing-er1-and-er2-forms-cbic 2019-05-11 10:30:45 knnindia.co.in
