MoD invites applications from MSMEs & startups also for Awards for Excellence in Defence & Aerospace Sector

ENA Sectors 2022-09-23 08:15:36 New Delhi, Sept 23 (KNN) The Defence Ministry has invited applications from all types of Defence industries for Raksha Mantri's Awards for Excellence in Defence & Aerospace Sector. Indigenization, Innovation & Exports. The core objectives, modality of selection for the Awards, including eligibility conditions, assessment parameters and selection methodology are given in the online Portal for processing of applications for the Awards. It is also expected to provide a boost to export potential of Indian defence industry, especially for MSME and Startup firms, by publicizing their outstanding achievements at the global level. Awards are also aimed at encouraging Indian industries to invest in technology and product innovations to address capability gaps of Defence Forces and also to inculcate the culture and spirit of innovation.
