ENA State 2023-02-16 12:52:04 <p><span style="font-size:14px"><strong>Dehradun, Feb 16 (KNN)</strong> The State Cabinet of Uttarakhand has cleared a slew of proposals which aim to boost MSME sector, including encouragement of private investment in the MSME sector.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size:14px">Under the project, State Industrial Development Corporation of Uttarakhand Limited (SIDCUL) would club hands with land owners to create a 'land bank.
