&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style=&quot;font-size:14px&quot;&gt;The proceeds from the offering are earmarked for various strategic growth initiatives, including potential acquisitions, marketing efforts, capital expenditure, working capital optimisation, and other general corporate purposes, according to a statement from Zappfresh.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&#13;
