UST and T-Works Join Hands to Start-up’s R&D costs, Expedite Hardware-to-digital Integration

ENA Sectors 2025-05-21 16:22:20 Thiruvananthapuram, May 21 (KNN) UST, a leading digital transformation solutions company, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with T-Works, Indias largest prototyping center established by the Government of Telangana. The partnership aims to accelerate product innovation in the manufacturing and engineering sectors by combining USTs digital and AI expertise with T-Works robust prototyping infrastructure. As the systems integrator, UST will offer end-to-end solutions to startups at T-Works, focusing on areas such as Automotive AI platforms, Semiconductor ATE frameworks, and Smart Factory integration. The collaboration is expected to help startups and enterprises reduce R&D costs by up to 40 per cent and speed up hardware-to-digital integration by nearly 45 per cent. The MoU was exchanged at USTs Thiruvananthapuram campus in the presence of UST COO Alexander Varghese and T-Works CEO Joginder Tanikella, along with key representatives from both organizations. This collaboration enables a powerful phygital innovation platform by integrating digital simulation with physical manufacturing. It empowers startups and enterprises to scale faster and bring breakthrough ideas to market, said Varghese. Tanikella added, By combining USTs AI and engineering capabilities with our prototyping ecosystem, were creating new opportunities for startups and manufacturers to grow and innovate. Under the agreement, UST will deploy its teams at T-Works prototyping facility and jointly develop IPs, such as 5G-enabled IoT modules. Startups will also gain access to USTs global customer network and benefit from initiatives like subsidised semiconductor libraries and AI-optimized workflows. This strategic partnership aims to catalyse Indias Industry 4.0 journey and position startups and MSMEs at the forefront of global manufacturing innovation.
