&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style=&quot;font-size:14px&quot;&gt;Himachal Pradesh has been allotted Rs 67.955 crore for 12 District Panchayats, 80 Block Panchayats, and 3,576 Gram Panchayats. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&#13;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style=&quot;font-size:14px&quot;&gt;Uttar Pradesh, receiving the largest share, has been allocated Rs 1,548.384 crore, covering 73 District Panchayats, 813 Block Panchayats, and 57,633 Gram Panchayats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&#13;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style=&quot;font-size:14px&quot;&gt;The release of XV-FC grants to states is jointly recommended by the Ministry of Panchayati Raj and the Ministry of Jal Shakti (Department of Drinking Water and Sanitation), and subsequently disbursed by the Ministry of Finance. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&#13;
