ENA State 2025-11-17 13:55:47 <p><span style="font-size:14px"><strong>Mumbai, Nov 17 (KNN)</strong> XSIO Industrial &amp; Logistics Parks, in partnership with global investment firm Blackstone, has begun construction of Park ONE- North, a next-generation industrial and logistics park in Nagpur.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size:14px">Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis led the ceremony, marking progress on the Rs 5,127 crore MoU signed between XSIO and the state government in May 2025.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size:14px">The Rs 2,000 crore Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) backed project is part of XSIOs plan to develop four advanced industrial parks across Maharashtra. </span></p> <p><span style="font-size:14px">Spread across 105 acres, the Nagpur facility is expected to create more than 10,000 direct and indirect jobs, as reported by PTI.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size:14px">Fadnavis said the project reflects Maharashtras efforts to expand high-quality infrastructure beyond major metros and attract long-term global investment. </span></p> <p><span style="font-size:14px">Such projects support inclusive growth and strengthen the states position as a preferred investment destination. This is development that connects progress with people, and prosperity with purpose he added.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size:14px">Park ONE North is being developed as a net-zero ready industrial ecosystem, compliant with Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) standards.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size:14px">It will feature Indian Green Building Council (IGBC) Platinum and Excellence in Design for Greater Efficiencies (EDGE) Advanced sustainability targets.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size:14px">The park will also incorporate AI-enabled building management systems, digital-twin technology and integrated solar power.
